The Status Reporting Option enables the structured creation of IPMA-aligned project status reports. Status information such as progress, milestones, and comments can be documented for each reporting interval, supported by configurable traffic-light indicators and standardized PDF status reports at project and portfolio level.
The Program Management Option enables the planning and management of programs consisting of multiple related projects. Projects can be structured into sub-projects with coordinated timelines, shared resources, and cross-project dependencies.
The Enterprise Agile Option supports the planning and controlling of agile programs with integrated PI planning, backlog structures, capacity planning and progress tracking for Agile Release Trains (ARTs). It also supports the SAFe® portfolio level.
The Gate Management Option supports Stage-Gate processes by enabling the definition and management of process gates for projects and products. Gate reviews, decisions (e.g., Go/No-Go), and approval results can be documented for each gate within the project life cycle.
The Risk Management Option supports the identification, assessment, and monitoring of project risks. Risks can be evaluated based on probability and impact, linked to mitigation actions, and visualized in risk diagrams and project status reporting.
The Stakeholder Analysis Option enables the identification and evaluation of project stakeholders. Stakeholders can be assessed based on influence and interest and visualized using stakeholder matrices and diagrams.
The Idea Management Option enables the capture and evaluation of ideas. Ideas can be rated using configurable criteria and analyzed using tables and graphical views such as bubble charts. They can also be linked to projects or initiatives for further planning.
The Portfolio Analysis Option enables the evaluation of projects based on configurable criteria and scoring models. Projects can be ranked and analyzed using graphical portfolio views such as bubble charts.
The Strategic Management Option enables the definition and tracking of strategic goals using Objectives and Key Results (OKRs). Key results can be linked to projects, programs, and portfolio initiatives to track progress toward strategic objectives.
The Jira Connector Option enables bidirectional synchronization between Planforge and Atlassian Jira. Jira issues, status updates, and time data can be synchronized and used in Planforge for project planning, resource management, and portfolio analysis.
The Confluence Connector Option enables Planforge project and portfolio views to be embedded directly into Confluence pages. Project plans, Gantt charts, work breakdown structures, or project pipelines are displayed as real-time views within Confluence.
The Teams Connector Option connects Planforge with Microsoft Teams, Planner, and SharePoint. Planforge to-dos appear as tasks in Microsoft Planner, with bidirectional synchronization of completion status. Calendar absences from Microsoft Teams are automatically synchronized with Planforge resource planning, and SharePoint documents can be accessed directly in Planforge.
The SAP Connector Option enables bidirectional synchronization of projects, WBS elements, and cost and resource planning data between Planforge and SAP. This allows SAP project data to be used in Planforge for project, portfolio, and resource management as well as reporting.
