Planforge supports Portfolio SAFe®.
Yes. You can control the iterations (columns) on the project & system levels. It is possible to select 4,5 or 6 iterations. The sprint length (2 weeks by default) is configurable, too.
The colors integrate resource management and display the utilization of the teams within the selected program increment. The colors and dependencies instantly adapt if you drag and drop a feature to another team. For example, red means that the team is unlikely to manage this amount of story points within the given iteration.
