If you’ve lost your username, please contact your Planforge administrator. For your first time logging into Planforge, you will either:
If your company uses Single Sign-On or LDAP/Active Directory, then you should be able to log in with the credentials you use for other systems.
If in doubt, please contact your Planforge administrator. They can find your username under System Settings > ADMINISTRATE > Users.
For Planforge Cloud: Suppose your company is called MyCompany and your Planforge instance is located on our Europe server, so on europe.planforge.io. There are two ways to log in:
In the top-right corner of Planforge, click your username and then Preferences. Here you can set your password, language, various display options, etc.
In the top-right corner of Planforge, click your username and then Preferences. You can select your language from the corresponding Language drop-down menu.
In the top-right corner of Planforge, click your username and then Preferences. You can change your password in the corresponding Password field.
If your company uses Single Sign-On or LDAP/Active Directory with Planforge, the password needs to be changed there. To do so, please contact the administrator for the respective system.
On Planforge Cloud:
If a valid e-mail address exists for your user in Planforge, you can click Forgot password? on the login screen to receive a password reset e-mail. Alternatively, please ask your Planforge administrator to reset your password. They can do so under System Settings > ADMINISTRATE > Users.
If you log in to Planforge via Single Sign-On, please contact the administrator for that system to reset your password.
On Planforge Server:
Please ask your Planforge administrator to reset your password. They can do so under System Settings > ADMINISTRATE > Users.
If you log in to Planforge via Single Sign-On or LDAP/Active Directory, please contact the administrator for that system to reset your password.
